Key Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update all employee information, files and documents.
Maintain daily basis HR operations.
Oversee administrative tasks such as office management,scheduling, and correspondence.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
Communicate with workers regarding entrance in time, starting work in time & issues of health and safety.
Ensure all policies and procedure for rewards, performance, and talent management are in line with overall organizational strategy·
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees (KPI).
Conducting field visit to observe the activities of employees.
Any other work assigned by the Management.
