Garments, Group of Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
∎ Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental programs.
∎ Inspect and evaluate the environment with government safety regulations and industry standards.
∎ Improve the quality of safety and environmental management's processes following established regulations, policies, standards and practices.
∎ Assess product, compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
∎ Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ File appropriate compliance reports with different buyers.
∎ Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
∎ Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
∎ Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees.
∎ Collaborate with Human Resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
∎ Advise internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures and educate, train & provide supports to Operations in the development and execution of consistent safety and environmental management programs.
∎ Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
∎ Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ The incumbent must have hands on experience in core compliance activities.
∎ Hands on Experience in local laws & rules regulations.
∎ Should possess excellent people management skills.
∎ Must have experience of handling at least 3-5 members team.
∎ Good presenter & communicator.
∎ Should be a result oriented person.
∎ Should be a person with high adaptability.
∎ Should possess multitasking ability.
∎ Strong negotiator & decision maker.
