Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Candidates having M.Sc. in Civil Engineering will get preference.

• Membership in IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) will be considered an advantage.

• Age At most 45 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of new construction and maintenance projects.

• Supervise overall civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works of factory buildings and facilities.

• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and maintain project documentation as per the master plan.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project implementation.

• Monitor project progress, work quality, safety, and timely completion.

• Supervise interior and exterior civil works including finishing and infrastructure development.

• Ensure compliance with RSC/NIRAPON/ACCORD requirements and oversee structural remediation works.

• Review drawings, BOQ, estimates, and contractor bills before approval.

• Maintain communication with Compliance, SCM, and Coordination teams regarding project activities.

• Ensure proper maintenance of factory buildings, drainage, roads, and utility structures.

• Support management in factory expansion and infrastructure development projects.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
