Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling day-to-day commercial operations of the factory.
Prepare and maintain commercial documents such as PI, invoice, packing list, LC, and EXP/IMP documents.
Coordinate with banks, suppliers, buyers, and C&F agents regarding commercial activities.
Support import and export documentation and shipment procedures.
Maintain accurate records of commercial files and reports.
Assist in preparing reports related to commercial and supply chain activities.
Coordinate with merchandising, accounts, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to the department.
