• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Experience in Activewear, Swimwear, Formalwear, and categories including Men’s, Women’s, Maternity, Kids, and Babies.

• Product exposure should include jackets, joggers, shorts, gowns, tops, and bottom wear (both fashion and basic styles).

• Hands on experience in 2D pattern making using Gerber software for both knit and woven categories

• Proficiency in Gerber (2D pattern making).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems for workflow management.

• Basic IT knowledge (hardware and software) for daily operations.

• Good understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.

• Effective email communication and coordination skills.

• Strong understanding of styling and ability to select appropriate block specifications, reference patterns, and measurements.

• Good knowledge of fit evaluation through garment assessment on mannequins/dummies.

• Experience in handling embellishment placements and grading as per customer design packs and requirements.

• Competent in completing size set development and bulk pattern corrections.

• Good understanding of pattern shrinkage application.

• Good understanding of costing and booking consumption improvement.
