Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Master’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all quality related activities to ensure quality product as per relevant standard/rules.
∎ Set and supervise the implementation of quality standards (ISO, BDS, Etc.) and testing and inspection as per policies, processes and procedures.
∎ Prepare and follow up of Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Quality Control Record (QCR), Process
∎ Quality Control (PQC) as per company requirement as well as client requirement.
∎ Provide in house training to all staff working on QA/QC.
∎ Perform all tests in testing lab for ensuring all quality parameters.
∎ Ensure zero failure of bar in mechanical properties.
∎ Visit customer complaints if there is any & solution the same.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
∎ Select size/quantity wise raw materials with minimum wastage with maximum production.
∎ Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) strictly for entire operations & work.
∎ Ensure checking of all raw materials including production related accessories as per SOP for testing and release/rejection of raw materials.
∎ Compile quality MIS for defined time period, identify relevant trends and patterns
∎ Take responsibility for Audit & Inspection of manufacturing & supply units and to attend regulatory audits & Inspections by Internal and external bodies and lead the compliance.
∎ Maintain liaison with the government & non-government's agencies.
∎ Handle Quality Management Systems (QMS) documents like product complaint, deviation, change control, reprocess, repacking, lowering cost, prevent mistakes, engaging staffs etc.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Super Store, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
