Responsibilities & Context:

1. Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and identify their shopping needs.

  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and features.

  • Recommend suitable products to customers to meet their requirements.

  • Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Inform customer when the product arrives according to their need.

  • If a customer cannot find a product, note down those products

2. Sales Achievement

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Promote special offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain awareness of current promotions and competitor pricing.

3. Store Operations

  • Arrange products attractively and ensure proper labeling and pricing.

  • Refill shelves and display racks regularly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor.

  • Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items to the Store Manager.

  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing new inventory.

  • Prepare a list of short product to report manager.

  • Check the product quality.

4. Cash & Billing (if applicable)

  • Assist at the cash counter when needed.

  • Ensure accurate billing and handle payments responsibly.

  • Issue receipts and manage transactions as per company policy.

5. Discipline & Teamwork

  • Maintain punctuality, grooming, and dress code as per company standards.

  • Follow store rules, safety procedures, and code of conduct.

  • Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
