Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sales & Business Performance
Monitor daily sales and ensure achievement of store targets
Motivate and guide sales staff to improve productivity
Ensure product availability and effective stock rotation
Support promotions, campaigns, and discount activities
2. Customer Service Management
Ensure high customer service standards across the store
Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
3. Team Supervision & People Management
Supervise sales associates, cashiers, and floor staff
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance, leave, and punctuality
Train staff on product knowledge, SOPs, and customer handling
Monitor staff grooming, behavior, and discipline
4. Store Operations & Control
Ensure VM standards and store cleanliness
Coordinate with inventory/store room team for stock movement
Reduce pilferage, damages, and stock discrepancies
Assist in stock counts and internal audits
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety rules, and Bangladesh Labor Law
Support Store Manager during inspections and audits
