Responsibilities & Context:
Update/prepare all departmental organogram.
Ensure entire employment process of Renaissance Group.
Perform entire separation process of the company.
Organize employee orientation program to introduce company culture, policies and role expectations with new employees.
Perform entire insurance process (from insurance coverage offer to claim) for RG corporate employees.
Coordinate with factories and process the assignments given.
Candidate should have traits like proactiveness, effective communication, problem solving and planning & organizing.
Any other tasks given by the Management.
