Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM (Major in HR will get preference) from any reputed Public/Private university with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors time section closely for regular activities like attendance & leave management checking, OT checking, software data posting, personal file & other necessary documents.
∎ Assists payroll section for preparing salary sheet and complete salary account, banking formalities.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on BD Labor Law
∎ Responsible for Training arrangement and Evaluation.
∎ New recruited employees joining formalities & day long orientation Program.
∎ Observe employee behavior to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Ensure HR survey, action plan, follow through across organization.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters & ISO FSSC related all documents.
∎ Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Career-oriented and can work under pressure.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Management and Leadership, Problem solving and decision making.
