∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng Production
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Industrial Production) from any reputed Public or Private University with good academic record.
∎ Skills Required: strong Communication skill in English.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial production, Production Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor production status & development process, solve & provide suggestions if any problem raises
∎ Record & maintain ISO, FSSC related & all other documents.
∎ Communicate with teammates and related departments to share & gather more knowledge.
∎ Gather knowledge about mold, machine, product, operation system & work with the R&D team.
∎ Communicate with customers & vendors for product development, customer requirement & other related issues.
∎ Ensure cost minimization, increase productivity and reduce wastage percentage
∎ Establish process for system development to run smooth operation and increase productivity.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery
∎ Report to top management at any unexpected/abnormal situation, also show cause if required.
∎ Any other assigned by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
