Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise mold fitting, polishing, assembling, and testing processes.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of molds and dies.
Analyze mold performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to ensure mold compatibility with manufacturing requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of mold specifications, modifications, and maintenance logs.
Implement continuous improvement techniques to enhance mold lifecycle and reduce downtime.
Monitor CNC, EDM, Lathe, and milling machine operations related to die & mold making.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ensure mold storage, safety, and cleanliness following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support procurement in sourcing mold components and spare parts.
Keep detailed documentation of all maintenance and design modifications.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize mold setup, cycle time, and overall process efficiency.
