Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Bangladesh Labor Law, Fire safety Management, Microsoft Excel, QMS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of the factory & all regions of AMBU employees as per approved HRP.
∎ Source potential talents from different channels and collect CVs from CV bank as per organizational requirements
∎ Organize and implement employee engagement programs for the factory.
∎ Maintenance of all HR documentation for Audit (SGP, GMP, GAO, FSSC, Fire Safety, etc.)
∎ Ensure a smooth relationship with the factory workers’ participation committee (WPC).
∎ Manage the development and implementation of training programs according to the training calendar and coordinate learning & development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Ensure contractor daily casual supply for respective departments according to their manpower requisition and maintain their attendance, bills & salary.
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with labor contractors or suppliers for getting the required manpower and smooth operation.
∎ Handling discipline, grievances, and any other related issues along with relevant authorities.

∎ Age 26 to 30 years
