Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resources Management
∎ Renowned university graduates with CGPA not less than 3.00
∎ PGDHRM/Other HR certifications is an asset.
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely on-boarding.
∎ Manage & process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
∎ Calculate income tax, PF and other deductions for employees to make TDS.
∎ Conduct comparative analysis and prepare reports on HRD's data.
∎ Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.
∎ Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.
∎ Process joining of new employees, background check and update HRIS.
∎ Processing of performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, transfer etc.
∎ Preparation of final settlement bills, injury bills of employees.
∎ Maintaining employees' personal files, updating leave status and encashment.
∎ Maintain all day-to-day office administrative activities.
∎ Liaison with external agencies for regulatory compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Candidates experienced in agro business will be given preference.
∎ Experience in factory HR & Admin is an advantage.
∎ Adequate knowledge on payroll software.
∎ Well conversant of labour laws.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking & team player.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
