Receptionist is the position to support front office management for Chhuya Agro Products Ltd. and its affiliated companies. All operations involving incoming and outgoing call management, guest management, front desk management, and HR extend are coordinated by this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper communication etiquette.
  • Ensure proper guest management protocol.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
  • To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • To ensure the reception area is tidy and organized in a perfect manner.
  • To answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Provide administrative support as and when required.
  • Computer knowledge, specifically on MS Office applications and different types of software-based work.
  • Any other task as per the instruction of Management
