We are seeking a competent Microbiologist who can assess and develop frozen fish products quality and hygienic standard for Chhuya Frozen Foods Ltd.
∎ Job Location Kapasia, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the microbiology laboratory in collaboration with other technicians through laboratory upkeep, maintenance and ordering all equipment and supplies.
∎ Ensure cleanroom staff compliance with hygienic technique of SSOP and GMP.
∎ Coordinates and provide support for daily activities in the quality control Microbiological lab including Microbial Testing.
∎ Writes reports, specification or documents related to these efforts.
∎ Supervise daily laboratory activities and laboratory scheduling to ensure optimum group performance.
∎ Train technical personnel in general laboratory skill.
∎ Develop assays that meet regulatory guideline
∎ Assess and evaluate the current environment monitoring program, and develop an implementation plan to enhance and align the current program with both GMP and regulatory/ external audit recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Well versed in identification, isolation of microbes and capable of performing microbiological tests.
∎ Experience in Frozen Food business will be given preference.
∎ At least 3 years work experience.
