Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry. M.Sc in Chemistry, Preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: ISO, GMP, HACCP Food Safety.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Conduction PP meeting.
∎ Sample approval.
∎ Production Process follow-up Inline/final inspection.
∎ Report to superior daily basis
∎ Job Location: Factory (Rahul Group) Chandmuha, Horipur, Namuja Road, Bogura
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination Media preparation, broth. preparation & media discard for Microbial testing.
∎ Microbial testing of raw material, packaging material, in-process & finished product.
∎ Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
∎ Planning and carrying out trials.
∎ Tracking environmental microorganism development.
∎ Hygiene monitoring of production floor, employee & utensil by SWAB testing.
∎ Correct recording, analyzing and interpreting data and regular circulation of lab reports
∎ Regular coordination and reporting to the MD & Chairman Sir regarding quality management.
∎ Preparing SOP for site activities and regular follow-up of its enforcement.
∎ Performing calibration related work of Microbial Equipment & Machinery .
∎ Collaborating with suppliers for purchasing microbiological testing items .
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 1 year(s) experience in Food Manufacturing Company will be preferable.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Food manufacturing process. Team player, proactive and ambitious.
∎ Problem solver attitude.
∎ Good Knowledge in written and spoken English.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, with MS office program.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable but attractive Salary package will be offered to the right Candidate.
