∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Sound knowledge of quality management systems, cement chemistry, cement microscopy, production process and concrete technology.
∎ Profound knowledge of product analysis methods of national and International standard.
∎ Very good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Sound communication skills, an outstanding ability to work in a team and a confident manner.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and organizing work shift for the timely completion of departmental activities.
∎ Perform all aspects of stripping, curing, capping, and compression testing in the concrete and concrete aggregates testing lab.
∎ Responsible for preparing analytical reports on quality assurance.
∎ Responsible for assuring the product quality and make specification for seeking of best quality by checking batch to batch raw materials.
∎ Assist by conducting Research and Development activities for cost saving and considering the consistence quality.
∎ Periodically check the performance of all lab equipment’s and check all the calibration works in our Lab with our own master equipment’s and yearly calibrate in BUET, CUET, BSTI or any other accredited lab.
∎ Ensuring proper documentations and filling of official records as per guideline of ISO 9001 as well as the management desire.
∎ Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Management.
