• Food Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.

Additional Requirements

• Sound knowledge in FMCG production, Quality Assurance and process

• Thorough knowledge in Testing Protocol, Sampling Plan, Environmental Monitoring Program, GLP, GMP, GHP, FSMS, Codex Alimentarius, HACCP.

• Good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.

• Willing to Work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Executive, Quality Assurance who will take care of the quality assurance procedure of our brand(s). Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities and new ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shall be responsible for Handling Change Control, Deviation, Out of Specification, Market Complaint.

• Shall draw Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) for Audit outcomes, Customer complaints, change control etc.

• Able to conduct Annual Product Quality Review.

• Able to prepare Audit Compliance Report

• Shall be responsible for all document Issue, Review & Retrieval

• Shall be responsible for COA preparation for Finished goods

• Shall be responsible for BMR & BPR – Preparation & Review

• Shall be responsible for Specification, Method of Analysis & Protocol & Report preparation for Finished product, Intermediate product, In-process, Raw material, Packing material.

• Shall be responsible for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Preparation

• Able to prepare Training Calendar and control.

• Responsible for all Calibration activity Internal & External and maintained the record.

• Responsible for Equipment Qualification & Documentation control

• Responsible for Vendor Qualification and regular follow up for updated documentation by the supplier,

• Able to prepare Process Validation Protocol & Report

• Able to prepare Cleaning Validation Protocol & Report Preparation

• Able to prepare Analytical Method Validation Protocol & Report Preparation

• Any other responsibility given by the competent management time to time.
