Responsibilities & Context:

Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Executive/Sr. Executive, R&D who will take care of the quality assurance procedure of our brand(s). Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities and new ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new food products from concept to commercialization.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.

  • Create and test product prototypes and formulations.

  • Perform sensory evaluations and optimize product formulations.

  • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging ingredients, and new technologies.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Document and maintain detailed records of product development processes.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

  • Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Participate in product tastings and consumer panels.

  • Prepare and present reports on product development progress.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product development issues.

  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability of new products.
