Experience: 3 years

• E-GP Management: Hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders via the national e-GP portal.

• Documentation: Expertise in managing BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance documents.

• Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze tender requirements and ensure non-responsive issues are minimized.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of active participation in government procurement.

• Education: A strong academic background, with an emphasis on candidates who understand the engineering requirements of public works.

• Applicant must be able to ride a bike.

• Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of e-GP.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking some experienced, detail-oriented and highly technical Civil Engineer to join our team.If you have the necessary skills, knowledge and dedication to doing things right then this may be the right job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination between Client, Design Consultant and Contractors.

• Perform site inspections on regular basis to follow-up on work progress ensuring that work progress is carried out as per approved work schedule, while guaranteeing that the timeliness of the project meet the target dates (attend progress meetings) and that appropriate resources are allocated as per the contractual agreement.

• Overseeing" Quality Control" system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA.

• Overseeing Supply Chain Management for smooth workflow.

• Manage Contractor to execute the job within stipulated time frame.

• Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan

• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification Skills & Expertise Construction
