Proven experience in pipeline construction, installation, and commissioning.

Experience working with government organizations (Army, Navy, BPC) and consultants

Hands-on experience in site supervision and subcontractor management·       

Strong knowledge of oil & gas pipeline engineering and construction practices·       

Proficiency in project management, planning, and scheduling tools·       

Experience in electromechanical systems and pipeline construction activities·       

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills·        Excellent communication and client/consultant coordination ability·       

Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements·        Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, execute, and manage oil & gas pipeline projects from initiation to completion

  • Monitor all pipeline-related electromechanical works at the site

  • Oversee pipeline-related construction works, including trenching, laying, backfilling, and reinstatement

  • Attend and coordinate client meetings with the Army, the Navy, BPC, Titas, Eastern Refinery and other consultants

  • Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications

  • Supervise pipeline installation, welding, testing, and commissioning activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct site inspections, quality control, and technical evaluations

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities

  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring performance, quality, and timely execution

  • Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting

  • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Support procurement and technical evaluation of materials and equipment

  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and final project handover
