Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Understanding of engineering drawings and BOQ
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Willingness to work at project sites
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction work at project sites
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers or project manager
Support in planning and scheduling of construction activities
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment
Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assist in checking measurements, bills, and work progress reports
Identify and report any technical issues or deviations from plan
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and records
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
