Responsibilities & Context:
Work with CAD drawings, references, and concept designs.
Produce and review drawings (GA, shop drawings, as-built) in AutoCAD
Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines for design alignment
Identify design inconsistencies and propose corrections
Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress tracking
Strong command of estimation principles and construction methods
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, costing sheets)
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
