• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cable Industries.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.

• Strong team building, decision making and people management skills,

• Maintain all the maintenance works and proper functioning of all installation and equipment of the factory and Ensure uninterrupted power supply for smooth operation, functionality of Fire Fighting system of the factory. Specially Cable manufacturing Plant.

• Should be able to trouble shoot PLC, Servo drive and servo motor related problems

• Keep a historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities of the factory.

• Prepare periodical and preventive maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

• Assist in purchase plan spare parts, lubricating agent, utility materials and others and maintain records of spares

• Prepare annual maintenance plan and ensure both foreign and local spare consumable and other parts availability

• Ensure routine maintenance of Gas generator, Air Compressor, RO, DM water Plant and look after workshop activities with ensure of consumables availability.

• Take initiative to achieve set target for KPI improvement.

• Especially Maintenance team handle manpower with proper efficiency.

• To ensure day to day maintenance of the machines.

• To maintain efficient operation of machine safety of the factory.

• Monitor, control and utilization of maintenance team of the factory.

• Report on productivity, materials, inventory to the management.

• Responsible for maintenance planning of the factory.

• Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
