Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Solar Energy

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, solar PV certifications) will be considered an added advantage

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites nationwide

• Strong organizational, analytical, and team leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure in complex project environments

• Strong professional ethics and commitment to sustainable energy development

• Plan, execute, and oversee solar power projects from initiation to commissioning

• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and resource planning for solar installations

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols

• Monitor project progress, budgets, resource utilization, and timelines

• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and performance analysis reports

• Oversee procurement processes in coordination with relevant departments and vendors

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions

• Lead, supervise, and manage project teams and field personnel

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as required

• Ensure adherence to project KPIs and organizational objectives

• Undertake strategic responsibilities aligned with solar project development and execution goals
