We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/ Sr. Executive (Production) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Limited, SBG.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily concrete production operations to ensure timely deliveries in full compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

• Continuously monitor plant performance and proactively optimize production levels in line with demand forecasts and operational priorities.

• Oversee raw material inventory—including cement, aggregates, admixtures, and related inputs—and coordinate timely replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Collaborates with quality control, maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and achieve production targets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, inventory logs, and operational reports to support planning, traceability, and management review.

• Promptly identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of equipment or process-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal plant efficiency.

• Plan and allocate manpower across multiple plants to meet daily operational requirements while ensuring productivity and compliance.

• Carry out any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by management in support of overall operational objectives.
