JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture from a recognized university

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, interior, and architectural project management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Plan, execute, and supervise construction, architectural, and interior projects from start to completion

·   Review architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications

·   Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and site teams

·   Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, cost control, and resource allocation

·   Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost analysis

·   Prepare project presentations and reports for management

·    Oversee interior works, including fit-out, finishing, furniture, and lighting

·    Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and standards

·    Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance

·    Handle contract administration, BOQ analysis, and documentation

·    Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

·     Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining quality standards

Additional skills (Will get preference):

·    Experience in preparing BOQs

·    Experience in preparing presentations

·    Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
