• Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial design.
• Proficiency in RAJUK sheet-making and submission processes.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with RAJUK regulations and guidelines, including sheet making and submission.

• Strong knowledge of BNBC regarding factory design.

• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all design aspects.

• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
