Responsibilities & Context:

·        Prepare the project plans, schedules and specifications and comment on the Construction design for Hotel & Resorts, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.

·        Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.

·        Prepare the general conditions budget.

·        Assist in assembling the jobs site office and equipment requirements.

·        Expedite all works drawing and approvals.

·        Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.

·        Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirement of the occupational Health and Safety standards are enforced.

·        Ensure Completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required by Government authorities and to ensure all required civic bodies inspections are performed.

·        Issue Monthly progress draws and invoicing to Consultant and client including Final holdbacks.

·        Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.

·        Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.

·        Ensure that as-built drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to Consultant/Client accordingly.

·        To prepare and to verify the measurement book for the whole project

·        Vast knowledge about BOQ to construction works.

·        Must experience for cost analysis as per BOQ

·        e-gp tendering knowledge shall be preferred

·        Must have sufficient knowledge on office administration and complete planning/management procedures relating to engineering projects

·        Capable to make feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects like building & hospitality management.

·        Responsible to complete Project works within the Schedule time.

·        Project-wise monitoring of profit, loss and expenses of the company.

·        Required experience to prepare Work Schedule for the materials necessary to complete a specific Project well ahead of commencement of the Project and ensure adequate monitoring system for timely work accomplishment.
