Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and supervising construction activities at project sites.
Ensure all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, project schedules, and quality standards.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers, and site labor to ensure efficient project execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and submit them to the Head Office.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, clients, and suppliers regarding project activities.
Monitor material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct quantity measurements, prepare work progress records, and verify contractor bills where required.
Ensure proper implementation of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies at the project site.
Identify construction issues, recommend practical solutions, and report significant project risks to management.
Maintain proper documentation of project activities, site instructions, inspections, and approvals.
Participate in project planning meetings and assist in project scheduling and resource management.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials to minimize wastage.
Perform site inspections and coordinate quality assurance activities before commencing critical construction works.
Carry out any additional engineering or project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
