Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and supervising construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, project schedules, and quality standards.

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers, and site labor to ensure efficient project execution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and submit them to the Head Office.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, clients, and suppliers regarding project activities.

• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.

• Conduct quantity measurements, prepare work progress records, and verify contractor bills where required.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies at the project site.

• Identify construction issues, recommend practical solutions, and report significant project risks to management.

• Maintain proper documentation of project activities, site instructions, inspections, and approvals.

• Participate in project planning meetings and assist in project scheduling and resource management.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and construction materials to minimize wastage.

• Perform site inspections and coordinate quality assurance activities before commencing critical construction works.

• Carry out any additional engineering or project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
