∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in knit garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranging motivational training with Q.C, Q.A & supervisor required for implements their activities as per buyer requirement.
∎ Monitor Q.A/Q.C performance by gathering or monitoring relevant report with proper Data.
∎ Ensuring all quality (In Finishing) & production issue by auditing & controlling.
∎ Monitoring daily finishing all relevant report, planning work hour in advance.
∎ Execute in handling of sewing QAD team with proper guideline.
∎ Must have to acknowledgement about section capacity.
∎ Provide adequate quality control seminar & caring for every junior & new trainee.
∎ Reviewed third party inspection report to see pass or fail ratio & arrange seminar with them.
∎ Efficiency interacts with technical development both QAD & production team.
∎ Provide and follow quality SOP in each step of the process buyer requirement.
∎ To keep all necessary documents & quality SOP.
∎ Ultimately, ensure final product quality for satisfying customers.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly/monthly or any periodical quality inspection analysis reports to tracking the quality progression/degradation.
∎ Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
∎ Continue follow up & giving proper guidelines to subordinates & monitoring their daily activities.
∎ Set a monthly basis defect & rework target timeline to minimize the rate gradually & strict follow up to achieve as target through proper follow up of overall quality protocol & ensure maintaining all SOP.
∎ Give proper guideline & information to related documents to ensure proper utilization of man/machine/material & all others equipment.
∎ Follow up production progress to perform on time shipment as per weekly inspection schedule.
