∎ Age 30 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle civil items procurement and process for the group.
∎ Communication with Civil department head and other related department.
∎ Communicate with multiple vendors to obtain competitive quotations, compare product rates, evaluate offers, and prepare comparative statements for management review.
∎ Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders based on approved quotations and negotiated terms, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and timelines.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to different project sites or locations as per requirement.
∎ Track incoming materials and collect signed material challans or delivery notes from the receiving sites to maintain accurate records of deliveries.
∎ Compile and verify supplier invoices along with necessary supporting documents (PO, delivery challan, etc.) and submit complete billing packages to the accounts department for timely payment processing.
