Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Engineering (Glass & Ceramic/Materials & Metallurgical) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize production schedules by coordinating all sections of production line.
∎ Assess project and resources requirements by coordinating with Laboratory and Store.
∎ Determine quality control standards with the help of Laboratory and market feedback.
∎ Oversee production processes.
∎ Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.
∎ Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment with the help of Maintenance team.
∎ Ensure safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment
∎ Monitor daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
∎ Willing to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory compound
