Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University/Polytechnic Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing maintenance-related issues (changing lubricant, belt, bearing, gearbox, pumps, etc.) of body preparation area, glazing line, and kiln, polishing and squaring line.
∎ Leading the team of engineers, mechanics, and helpers for proper operation and maintenance of the plant.
∎ Maintain preventive and scheduled maintenance.
∎ Cooperation with the production and utility department.
∎ Coordinating with the store for availability of oil, grease, and other spare parts.
∎ Preparing spare parts requisition (imported and local) of mechanical items.
∎ Coordinate with procurement department for smooth flow of spare parts.
∎ Ensuring general and shifting the duty of maintenance department.
∎ Train and motivate departmental personnel.
∎ Submitting Report to departmental head.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

∎ Pro-active, enthusiastic, innovative, and result-oriented
∎ Good time management, leadership, and communication skill.
∎ Strong IT skills and problem-solving capacity
∎ Work in a multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment.
∎ Good command both in speaking and writing in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory site at own accord
