Job Context:
∎ The candidate is expected to provide first level ERP support at DBL Ceramics Ltd Factory for Oracle EBS Supply Chain & Manufacturing day to day transaction on applications including Oracle Process Manufacturing & Quality, Inventory, Shipping Execution, and eAM, troubleshoot reported problems, and co-ordinate with factory ERP users and central BPM team to ensure smooth operations and month-end reconciliation.
∎ Job Location Will Be : Dhanua, Shreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Support Oracle EBS Supply Chain & Manufacturing day to day transaction on applications including Oracle Process Manufacturing & Quality, Inventory, Shipping Execution, and eAM.
∎ Strong troubleshooting experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and PR/PO transactions to facilitate day to day support.
∎ Provide month-end/quarter-end/year-end Inventory close process-related issue resolution support.
∎ Basic knowledge of various configuration options available across Oracle modules listed above.
∎ Assist with the review of end-user documentation and training materials. Support the delivery of end-user training.
∎ Interact with various departments and team members responsible for issue resolution support and development of future enhancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of work experience in the manufacturing sector.
∎ Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-business Suite.
∎ Solid understanding of Supply Chain Operation & Management best practices based on a global ERP System in a group environment.
∎ Hands-on experience in the period ends reconciliation process in Inventory and Manufacturing.
∎ Leading the Oracle Supply Chain modules first level of functional support and troubleshooting at the factory premises.
∎ Very strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills.
∎ Communication, teamwork, and team leadership skills.
∎ Job Location: Dhanua, Shreepur, Gazipur.
