Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters/BBA/ Honors in any Discipline (preferably from Marketing/Management)
∎ Any professional qualifications will be considered as added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
∎ Resolves Customer complaints in the display by employing sound negotiating techniques
∎ Keeping the knowledge our products & price on The other hand maintains knowledge of competitors and their products & Price
∎ Provide the monthly client report & follow-up the potential client over Phone
∎ Look after the materials of display center & ensure proper utilization
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Assist in the implementation of company's marketing plans as needed
∎ Preparing business proposal and presentation
∎ Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of particular territory
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution
∎ Collection of market data & competitors information and analyze for weekly & monthly reporting & get updated with sales status every day
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management

∎ Dynamic, independent, ambitious, team player and target oriented
∎ Self-motivated, Negotiation Skills, Able to handle multitask
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in Power point presentation & MS Office Packages
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making
∎ Understand Business needs of the company
