Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Prepare the company's development plan, marketing strategy and medium/long-term business strategy according to the overall development strategy of the company, and organize the implementation;
∎ 2.Coordinate the product R&D system and production system, improve the production efficiency, strictly implement the comprehensive quality management system, and ensure the quality of products;
∎ 3.Coordinate the marketing system, constantly improve the operation process and improve the overall operation ability;
∎ 4.Coordinate the company's organization construction and management, coordinate internal resources, improve the internal work process;
∎ 5.Lead the preparation of the company's annual business plan, formulate the annual overall business objectives, organize the break down and follow up of the objectives;
∎ 6.Lead the company's team building, improve the internal management mechanism, and promote the company's corporate culture construction work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good decision-making, organization, coordination, planning, communication, leadership skills and interpersonal and social activity skills;
∎ More than 15 years of administration and management experience in the food processing industry(snack food), more than 8 years of top-level management experience is preferred.
