Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for market information collection and competitor analysis;
∎ Complete the sales target of the department according to the marketing plan;
∎ Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales region and the completion of sales tasks;
∎ Prepare marketing strategy and explore sales channels;
∎ Explore new markets, develop new customers, and expand the sales areas of products;
∎ Provide assistant to R&D team for exploring new concept of products and understanding of market trends;
∎ Maintain healthy customer relations and carry out plan for long-term strategic cooperation with customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years working experience of Marketing head in well-known snack food enterprises(nationwide) in Bangladesh;
∎ Strong knowledge about the market, and relevant working experience;
∎ Good ability to collect market data collection, market analysis and judgment ability, and customer service;
∎ Quick in thought and action, excellent communication skill and affinity;
∎ Good sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure;
∎ Good spirit and ability in team work, daring to challenge;
