Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Responsible for market information collection and competitor analysis;
∎ 2.Complete the sales target of the department according to the marketing plan;
∎ 3.Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales region and the completion of sales tasks;
∎ 5.Prepare marketing strategy and explore sales channels;
∎ 6.Explore new markets, develop new customers, and expand the sales areas of products;
∎ 7.Provide assistant to R&D team for exploring new concept of products and understanding of market trends;
∎ 8.Maintain healthy customer relations and carry out plan for long-term strategic cooperation with customer.
∎ 9.Others
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1. 10 years working experience of Marketing head in well-known snack food enterprises(nationwide) in Bangladesh;
∎ 2. Strong knowledge about the market, and relevant working experience;
∎ 3. Good ability to collect market data collection, market analysis and judgment ability, and customer service;
∎ 4. Quick in thought and action, excellent communication skill and affinity;
∎ 5. Good sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure;
∎ 6. Good spirit and ability in team work, daring to challenge;
