Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive- Planning" for the Argon Denims Ltd. (Denim Fabric Manufacturer) located at Beraiderchala, Gilaberaid, Sreepur, Gazipur. the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Prepare Program Sheet as Per Sample.
∎ Collect the Production Data from all the Dept. every day and prepare daily production report.
∎ Program sheet update to ERP system.
∎ Updating Progress Report.
∎ Updating monthly chemical consumption report.
∎ Taking approval on Program Sheet from responsible department Head.
∎ Updating monthly yarn consumption report.
∎ Updating monthly commissioning work report.
∎ Updating monthly buyer wise order analysis/business percentage report.
∎ Updating stock fabric consideration qty. against running order.
∎ Updating monthly reproduction report.
∎ Follow-up wash-standard availability & arranging.
∎ Follow-Up sample yarn orders.
∎ Maintaining internal fabric transfer (Sample to bulk & Bulk to sample) report.
∎ Fiber traceability report as per buyer requirement.
∎ Tasks provided by management.
∎ Collect the Production Data from all the Dept. every day and prepare daily production report
