Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree preferably major in Business Administration or Statistic
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides General secretarial and administrative support of department (data input, files and contracts update, handling correspondence etc.).
∎ Acts as focal point of market research on existing product.
∎ Analysis product based on higher and lower selling.
∎ Ensures that all data are properly input in ERP software on time.
∎ Ensures all existing products are available while showroom order and keep up to date.
∎ Assists to carry out all competitor survey done as and when required.
∎ Maintains schedule store visit on time.
∎ Acts as one of focal point of software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: Strong academic background, with at least 1-2 years' work experiences in local or global organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent's those who have work experience of Retail or First Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business unit will get preferences.
∎ Languages: Good written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Knowledge: Good knowledge of Information Technology;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an asset;
∎ Communication Skills: Very good in communication both in internal and external;
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different departments under stress
Salary: Negotiable
