We are looking for an Executive to our HR Department for immediate appointment who is experienced, self-motivated and hardworking.

  • Help line-manager in executing the recruitment plan
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate various HR projects, such as- meetings, new employee orientation etc.
  • Assist in Yearly Performance Appraisal Team
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance, leave and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database
  • Drafting document, letter, advertisement, and dispatch and making different types of report etc.
  • Prepare monthly salary and mobile bill of assigned concerned unit
  • Execute employee’s exit formalities and final settlement
