We are looking for an Executive to our HR Department for immediate appointment who is experienced, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Help line-manager in executing the recruitment plan
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate various HR projects, such as- meetings, new employee orientation etc.
- Assist in Yearly Performance Appraisal Team
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance, leave and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage and maintain the HRIS database
- Drafting document, letter, advertisement, and dispatch and making different types of report etc.
- Prepare monthly salary and mobile bill of assigned concerned unit
- Execute employee’s exit formalities and final settlement
