Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process of the company.
∎ Overlook the smooth functioning of HR Information System through effective and efficient supervision and maintenance.
∎ Managing the outsourced carder and handling employee admin related activities.
∎ Manage the Time & Attendance system.
∎ Identifying training & development needs within the organization. Designing and facilitating training programs.
∎ Manage the performance management system of the company.
∎ Plan and organize staff engagement activities together with department heads.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' work experience in a similar function. Military experience is an added advantage.
∎ Experience in managing outsourced category labour and sourcing/recruiting manual workers is preferred.
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and act proactively
