∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD on HRD
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility to keep up to date all the day to day HR function's task assigned to him/ her and have to finish assigned tasks within stipulated time.
∎ As per instruction received from line manager execute works by himself and also monitor the work progress of contractors, vendors, outside agencies, workers etc. in favor of his/her department.
∎ Prepare detail work documents as required for line manager.
∎ Submit written activity report on daily basis to Line Manager.
∎ Preparing employee's compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line manager for his/her department. Execute works by himself/herself or delegate to subordinates, contractors, vendors, and outside agencies where appropriate. Monitor progress as per approved work plan maintaining work and quality procedures
∎ Verify documents and records collected from internal and external sources.
∎ Keep all documents and records up-to-date in a systematic, well-protected and easily retrievable manner.
∎ Keep the Line Manager informed by routine and ad hoc reports.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
