Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensuring that the cadre is fulfilled with right number of manpower within right time.
∎ • Awareness to reduce absenteeism and LTO
∎ • Preparing Personal file with proper documents for all employees and ensure all personal files are up-to-date.
∎ • Responsible for letter issuing to all unauthorized absent employees.
∎ • Maintain all resignation and lefty workers personal file properly and responsible for Full & Final Settlement bill related issue.
∎ • Responsible to execute the day to day HR services through employee attendance to maintain harmonious industrial relation within the organization through analyze the reasons for absenteeism and resolve the problem through taking corrective action, grievance management, employee counseling, disciplinary act on, maternity issue and other floor HR issues.
∎ Conduct training as per scheduled calendar
∎ Responsible for BKMEA Database System (Group Insurance).
∎ Perform additional duties, as and when requested by Top Management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
