∎ MBA in Management/HRM with PGD in HRM will get preference

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially-Excel, Word and emailing).
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a team player within the HR department.
∎ Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process, facilitating employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports as required.
∎ Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related data.
∎ Administer employee benefits, including leave management, bonuses, provident fund, overtime, travel allowances (TA), daily allowances (DA), commissions, and incentives.
∎ Prepare official drafts in both Bangla and English for HR operations.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in the best interest of the company.
∎ Handle staff administration, employee welfare, and employee relations issues.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by company management.
