Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting from any Reputed University.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Experience in accounts within a pipe manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and email handling, is essential.

• Proficiency in operating Tally software will be preferred.

• Receive sales orders from sales personnel via email.

• Verify par value, discount rate, and total Delivery Order (DO) value.

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and ensure regular entry into the software.

• Reconcile bank accounts with bank statements.

• Communicate regularly with the sales team and delivery section.

• Maintain the party ledger.

• Properly maintain and organize all files and registers related to work for future reference.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the supervisor or reporting authority.

• Visit banks as required.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or authority.
