Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute daily HR operations
∎ Provide customer Service through online communication
∎ To answer customer queries and quick response
∎ Communicate with customers via phone
∎ Solve customer complaints and ensure appropriate solution
∎ Convincing and negotiation skill
∎ Experience of handling Facebook page and other social media platforms.
∎ Identify customers need and clarify product information
∎ Need to create content for products
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Other duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills required: Computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, Both Bangla and English typing, social media.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Online Product Sale, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Facebook Business, Social Media Ad, Content creates and communication skill.
