Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts and Finance
∎ CA (CC) from a reputed CA Firm;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking & Verification of suppliers bills, vouchers and others supporting documents & make payment as per purchase order;
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts;
∎ Ensure proper compliance with Tax & VAT Act & Rules;
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and accounting record;
∎ Make correspondence with VAT authority and deal with VAT audit-related activities;
∎ Maintain Bank related activities;
∎ Checking and verifying vouchers comply with Internal policies to ensure daily transactions;
∎ Maintenance Daily Cashbook & Bank Book and posting tally software;
∎ Prepared Monthly, Quarterly, yearly, Profit and loss Accounts;
∎ VDS & TDS Deduct according to VAT, TAX law & Rule;
∎ Perform banking related activities for the organization;
∎ Petty cash voucher preparation and Preservation;
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-to-3-year(s) experience in the relevant field with CA CC;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounting, Tax and VAT, Accounting & VAT Software, Book keeping etc.
∎ Knowledge in ERP software will be given preference;
∎ Hard working and eligible to work under pressure;
